You must get client approval before you work any additional hours in a week. This approval cannot come from Facet.
We recommend having a conversation with or emailing the client, if you find you are needing more time with a project. Open communication regarding the project and why more hours are needed can be very helpful.
We also recommend asking if they are okay with you going over hours for not only the current project, but any future projects as well should the need arise. You can also ask if there is a restriction on the amount of hours you can go over. Setting a restriction can prevent having to ask multiple times if you can do extra hours.
Once you've gotten approval from the client, please email [email protected] the details and client approval for additional hours.
